What makes the cuisine of the Hotel De Paris unique is the possibility of finding a vast choice of dishes, capable of satisfying all palates. We offer numerous proposals of meat and fish, pasta, bread and fresh homemade leavened products made by us every day. There is never a shortage of selection of dishes dedicated to celiacs, vegans, vegetarians or any other type of dietary requirement. We only use fresh raw materials and serve traditional Romagna dishes, such as the famous hand-rolled puff pastry. The pastries are also produced by us: every day you can find fresh cakes, biscuits and desserts that will sweeten your days.
